Founded by Richard Oliver Jr. back in 2005, the ICP Film Festival prides itself on its ear for quality films created by authentic indie filmmakers and providing them with a platform to soar. Providing experiences beyond reach, ICP has been the guiding hand that indie filmmakers crave, shining a light on their craft for dedicated cinephiles and industry veterans alike to enjoy and acclaim.
